Notice what repeats. Choose what comes next.
The Pattern Advantage.

Most of our decisions are made on autopilot.

Two hours of doomscrolling.
A short temper that’s hard to shake.
Going 100 miles an hour but still feeling stuck.

Most of these moves were decided long before they entered your consciousness. In other words, they are patterns. And once we understand them, we can choose to recode them.

Like an upgrade to our personal operating system.

Notice what repeats. Choose what comes next.

The Pattern Advantage works with leaders, teams, individuals and athletes who are already operating at a high level, but know there’s another level of awareness to unlock.

Patterns are the repeated ways that we think, react and make decisions, many of them formed long before we had the awareness to question them.

They often show up most clearly in moments of pressure, ambition and expectation, and understanding them changes the way we respond.

Once those patterns become clear, you have more agency in your decisions and your life.

Why this matters.

The same patterns that show up at work tend to follow you home. How you handle pressure, the conversations you avoid, or the moments when something small gets a bigger reaction than it should.

The people we work with aren’t short on knowledge or drive. But there's a gap between where they are and where they sense they could be, and effort alone isn't closing it. Whether it’s a 3am wake-up that’s become normal, the kids' bedtime missed for the third time in a row, or the version of themselves at home that they don't particularly like. Their life feels more combative than collaborative. As those patterns become clearer, the way they work, lead and live starts to change.

The patterns
I had to see first.

I’ve spent my working life building businesses and learning more from the parts that didn’t go right than the ones that did.

Turning over millions, and all but bankrupt by 30

Starting again from scratch, and leading teams through a global acquisition.

Pushing too hard, and learning what happens when you neglect yourself for too long.

Eventually the patterns became impossible to ignore – in myself first, then in everyone around me. It led me to step back, qualify as an NLP Master Practitioner, and understand exactly how I was making decisions.

Right now, we’re focused on taking The Pattern Advantage to leaders, individuals and athletes. That means speaking, writing and working directly with people and teams.

Six sessions.
One conversation at a time.

For a small number of people each year, I also work one to one. This work is reflective and deeply personal, focused on understanding what’s driving things beneath the surface. Over dedicated sessions, we look at what’s running underneath, to change what happens next.

The same patterns show up in leadership, sport, relationships and everyday life.

That’s why this work is being shared through podcasts, interviews, live conversations and direct work with people and teams.

Most of us have patterns we can’t see yet. The aim is to meet people where they are, whether that's in conversation, coaching, or a seat in the room.
